Summary:
Relax in comfort and style at our beautifully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa â just a 10-minute walk to the Bellerive Ferry, which takes you straight across the Derwent River to the heart of the City!
After a day of shopping and site seeing, retreat to a quiet, modern space with reverse-cycle air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need to unwind.
The Space:
The main bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed and its own ensuite . The 2nd bedroom also has a comfortable Queen bed. We can also provide a single fold out bed for that extra guest. All our linen is provided by our linen service and is professionally laundered, crisp and fresh! The unit is double glazed throughout to ensure a peaceful nightâs sleep.
The kitchen is a chefâs delight with everything you require to cook up a storm with quality appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. However, why would you cook when there are so many wonderful restaurants close by. The home is contemporary and stylish and promotes a feeling of peace, inviting you to simply relax into the super comfortable space.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and thereâs a fully fenced private backyard with an outdoor setting for your morning coffee or for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing. A port a cot and highchair are also included, (please let host know if required at time of booking). The single car garage with remote control and internal access will keep your car safe and sound and thereâs a second parking spot right next to the front door. This really is the perfect place for a family holiday or if travelling with a group of friends.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full use of the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Hobartâs largest shopping Centre, Eastland's, is an easy 10 minute walk away. Around Eastland's you will also find the usual fast food outlets such as McDonalds, KFC, Subway and Nando's and thereâs also a Village Cinema. Blundstone Arena, Bellerive Village and Bellerive Beach are a mere 15-20 minute walk away and thereâs a bus stop right around the corner if you need it. Hobartâs CBD is a 10 minute drive away as is Hobart Airport. And some of Tassieâs best vineyards are a short 15 minute drive away..
Getting Around:
To enjoy Hobart and surrounds its best that you have a car, however if you need the use of public transport there is a bus stop just around the corner and a regular service that travels to the CBD.
The Bellerive Ferry provides a fast, enjoyable, and convenient link between the eastern shore and the city of Hobart. Passengers are encouraged to walk, cycle, or be dropped off at the pier. 10 minute walk from house.
