Studio for 2 people, condition of use, located in Heliopolis entrance L, on the 3rd floor with elevator. Living room with a bed in 140cm. Kitchen corner.Microwave, TV, Senseo.. Bathroom with toilet. Terrace, campsite and sea view. Parking number 56. Deposit: 380 euros. File fee: 29 euros (except Poplidays customers). Tourist tax to be paid on site max: 1.44 euros /day/adult person. Sheets and towels rental package: 20 euros. Household from 80 euros or to perform yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24 hours to report any malfunction. Departure before 11am: meeting at the arrival as a person comes to perform the state of the place. Please provide us with your RC certificate otherwise insurance costs 24 euros (except Popldays customers).
