Parties & Gatherings
No Party Policy
The Black Ace Residence Avalon maintains a strict no-party policy to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests and neighbors. Any unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate eviction without refund.

Pre-Approved Catered Events
Pre-approved catered lunches or small gatherings may be permitted for up to 20 guests, provided that the majority of attendees are staying guests. These must be discussed and approved in advance.

Respect for Neighbors
We are fortunate to be part of a quiet and friendly community. To maintain this, we kindly ask all guests to keep noise levels reasonable at all times, especially during local quiet hours. Outdoor music should be kept at a respectful volume, and all outdoor areas should be used considerately.
