The older villa and adjoining house have been restored with attention to detail. Four bedrooms in the main house have en-suite baths. Of the three bedrooms in the adjoining house, two share a common hallway bath and the third has an en-suite bath. As a frequent renter of homes around the world, I would say this is perfect for the traveller desiring privacy and cleanliness. There is no AC, as one would expect of an older home. Something to keep in mind for a summer visit. We rented at the end of September and had no issues with the lack of AC. A perfect rental for large families.
