The home is a strictly NO SMOKING and NO VAPING property inside or anywhere on the grounds. We also do not allow parties or large gatherings. Please respect the home and our neighbours. Any breach of these rules will result in the full bond being deducted.
Please note we have a $1,000 AUD refundable security deposit paid directly before check in and returned at the end of the stay.
