This property is beautiful and clean. You can tell it’s taken care of with love and a desire to host people well. The location is amazing. We walked to coffee shops, dinner, ice cream and the farmers market. We would stay here again if visiting the Kansas City area.

This was a great location and the owners were very helpful and accommodating. would recommend this property for any family staying in the area. great setup of home for a great stay.

The property and owners were fantastic. It was clean, everything worked, and the neighbors were awesome! They provided everything you need and more... special touches that we appreciated... more than enough towels, extra bedding, and they even left useful items for us in the fridge like fresh condiments and coffee creamer. They even turned our AC down for us while we were out because it was so hot outside that day. We loved it and we will be staying there again when we return.

Great location for what we were doing-very walkable! Kitchen could you some more amenities (ie bowls, spices, seating for more than 4, etc) but otherwise we were pleased.

And the bowls, well, they were not in plain site. They are now! We appreciate your comments because we want to have The Hamilton House meet your needs. This is a great choice in the area! Easy walk to the very cute downtown Overland Park area. So many restaurants, coffee shops, etc. There was a huge Farmer's Market on Saturday (seasonal, I'm sure) a one-minute walk away! There is a lot of room for people to spread out and the furnishings are comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and we would stay again.

We get excited when our guests have some extra time to enjoy the area. Our Farmer’s Market moved to the downtown Overland Park in early June 2026. It even bigger and better. You will want to see it next time you stay here! We are glad that there was enough space for your group to spread out with the different levels. Come back again soon!

Constance was amazing to work with. She made the whole process very simple. The location of the property was the best, very close to the market and town. My only complaint was we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything!

Fantastic stay!

Hosts were so welcoming and even left us a plate of cookies on arrival for the holidays. The home was very clean and well-appointed with everything easy to find. They really thought of everything! Location was great; close proximity to shops, restaurants and all the KC things to do. Our family really enjoyed this stay! :) Thanks for your hospitality!

Perfect Location , quiet neighborhood and exceptional accomodations

This is a gem of a place! We stayed here for a wedding in KC and to be near my relatives in Prairie Village. We had 4 adults and a toddler. Beyond perfect location for both. The home was immaculate, and so comfortable. Quiet neighbood and short ( meaning only a few blocks) to the Sat. Farmer's market, delish restaurants (highly recommend Lemongrass Thai and The flying Cow for gelato) . We walked to the the small park where there's a lake and small playground. Loved having coffee in the back deck. My husband had to do some work while we were there, and the 'mancave' in the basement was absolutely perfect for him. No distractions. The owners were so accomodating and great to deal with. I highly reccommend this place !
