Private retreat on almost 2 acres with 372 feet of river front.
You & your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.
9 mins north of the 401, 5 mins drive to Batawa Ski Hill, minutes walk to Grocery Store, LCBO, Restaurants, walking trails & public beach. RCAF Museum.

The space
The rooms are a generous size.
Lots of windows and great water views !!
Laundry is on the main floor. Two (2) full size fridges (one bottom load freezer and one top load freezer)
Guest access
Entire home and yard is for you to enjoy.
There is a huge fire pit closer to the water as well as a wood Chiminea in the patio area, closer to the house. Firewood is included.
Please review local bylaws for firebans, if any, during your visit.
There are multiple decks to entertain on, hot tub to enjoy, gas bbq, outdoor dining and more. We are in a family friendly neighborhood, please be considerate of your neighbours and no noise after 10 pm

Please review any tenant insurance you and your guests will need, the property is for you to enjoy at your own risk. The insurance on the home does not cover you, your guests or any personal items.
By paying for the rental, guests acknowledge the home owner’s insurance does not cover guests or their friends & family, additionally agreeing to save and hold the homeowner harmless.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please do not worry about stripping beds or doing laundry, the cleaner will take care of that. Please gather used towels and leave them on the counter in the laundry room.
Please tie garbage from all bins and leave them in the garage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
