If the garage is not to be used, this should be noted. This is my main complaint. Having no garage would have made me not rent here since we have kayaks.There were no drawers to put clothes in. The 1 TV is outdated and medium size, with no options to add our apps. No hose to clean things. No lounge chairs outside to lay back and relax. No chairs by deck by canal. The pool was very nice and hot. Everything was clean and good neighborhood. Roelens is very responsive.
