This 2140 SF house has an open floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Offers fully equipped modern kitchen with island and 8 chairs for those memorable dinners while on vacations. House also had a formal dining room with 6 comfortable sittings. For those that need to work we offer a full office with printer.
Master Bedroom has 1 King bed with smart TV
Bedroom 2 has 1 Quin Bed
Bedroom 3 has 1 Quin Bed
Bedroom 4 has 2 Full Bunkbeds and a trundle
Office has Twin Day Bed and a trundle

The pool area at Pelican Oasis did feel like an oasis, we were surrounded by green plantings that provided privacy and a lovely atmosphere. The unit was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Golf Getaway

Property was in a good location for all our needs. Restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores were all easy to get to. The house had plenty of room for the four friends who made the trip. Backyard sitting area and pool was nice and private.

Highly recommended!

We stayed for 5 weeks and had a fabulous time! We spent a lot of time on the lanai and in the heated pool. The property is close to everything we wanted. There are many seafood restaurants, beaches, beautiful hikes and live music venues nearby. The inside of the home is newly remodeled and gorgeous!

Short fun stay

We stayed only 4 days! We enjoyed the owl preservation in the neighborhood. The pool was cold the first day we got there. The host was amazing and communicated directly with us to have the pool looked at immediately. We appreciated how clean the property was and fast the host was to respond to any questions we had!!

This home is EXCEPTIONAL - immaculately clean and well equipped. Ewa is the ultimate host! There were 8 of us, and everyone was comfy in the beds, we cooked meals with no issues and there were more beach towels than we'd ever need in a lifetime!The pool heater did not work and Ewa tried to help us from afar to get it working. We bothered her on Christmas and she was still the ultimate host. Apparently, the transformer was broken, so it was never fixed during our week. If I ever go back to Cape Coral with a group, this is where we will stay!

Weekend getaway

The house was very clean and beautiful .We actually had to reschedule and Mrs Panek was very understanding. And accommodating to the situation.We will definitely be renting there again.
