Tucked in a central, convenient location, you can relax knowing everything you need is just around the corner.
Step inside this modern and compact home and you’ll be welcomed by an open-plan living, kitchen and dining space that’s cleverly designed for comfort and connection. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop, oven, double-door fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother—everything you need to prepare meals with ease.
The cosy dining area comfortably seats four, and the lounge offers a Smart TV, plush seating and sliding glass doors that lead out to a small private courtyard with an outdoor setting—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.
Also on the lower level is a handy powder room and internal access to the garage. In the garage, you’ll find the laundry set-up with a washing machine, sink, ironing board and microwave. Please note there is a camera in the backyard that faces outward only—it does not look into the house or garage.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
