Alpine Lake Home Summ

Summary:
Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space in the adventure capital of the world!

Enjoy what Queenstown has to offer from this sunny and central location. Hit the walking and bike tracks (in front of home) or take a short drive (5 mins) to ski at the Remarkables ski field.

Then following your day, enjoy the delights of a Hotspring spa, while taking in the lake and mountain views.

Our house is a modern four bedroom home (plus one bedroom apartment on request) with 4 eMTB's to burn!

The Space:
Our property is a modern 4 bedroom home with an additional 1 bedroom apartment (completely separate). The apartment is also available, on request.

Situated on the sunny side of Queenstown and the lake, the location is central to everything that Queenstown has to offer including Queenstown Golf Course (Kelvin Heights) which is a five minute drive away and Jacks Point (10 minute drive away).

Main features of our home include the stunning views, sunny aspect and ease of access to the lake and biking/walking trails. The views are over 180 degrees of the lake and surrounding mountains and you will not be disappointed!

Our main home has three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, two bathrooms and laundry.

The main living area is on a separate level to the 3 main bedrooms and bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite (shower and bath). There is one other full bathroom with shower.

Our property has extensive landscaping including a large outdoor deck and hot tub area.

As the crow flies, we are 100 metres from the waters edge of Lake Wakatipu and an extensive network of walking and biking trails, with over 250km of tracks at your door step.

Large double garage with:

4 eMTB's (3x Moustache 1x Specialised).
Ski/Board rack and storage
Ski boot and glove warmer

The house is powered by solar, including a Tesla battery for storage.

We will meet you onsite to show you around our home and introduce you to the surrounding area.
