Superbly presented, with four bedroom two bathrooms this holiday home has a north facing living area that opens out onto an expansive deck that is big enough to easily accommodates 3 separate sitting areas allowing you to take in the hinterland views as you have your morning coffee or as you entertain with family friends of an evening. A huge open plan layout with with air conditioning and slow combustion fireplace with the added bonus of a 2nd living area with TV perfect for the kids or teenagers retreat, making this property ideal for use all year round, the outdoor shower after a day at this beach is a great addition.

***Please note that linen is not provided, but can be hired via the agency if you wish. There are doonas and pillows, all other linen including towels is BYO.

Payment Terms – (excluding Airbnb bookings) If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the full balance will be taken immediately. If you’re booking 30+ days from arrival a 50% deposit is to be paid at time of booking and the balance will be taken approximately 1 week before your stay.
Bookings made for arrivals between 20th December and 31st January, a 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance will be taken in the 1st week of December. For any bookings made after December 1st for these dates, the full amount will be taken at the time of reservation.

Guest Access:
On the day of your arrival you will receive a text providing you with the details for check-in, including the location of the key safe and its code. You should receive this sms at approximately 9am. In order for this sms to be generated you need to ensure that you sign and return the confirmation as well as provide us with a copy of your identification.
