Beautiful outdoor living, sparkling clean home throughout and well stocked with all you need for a relaxing, fun holiday. Kim (the owner) was responsive and helpful at all times and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Highly recommend.

Peaceful and serene

We found Niblick Retreat to be light, bright and well equipped. It was clean and thoughtfully furnished. We swam everyday at Anglesea beach and then came back to our lovely retreat with beautiful birds.

Lovely property, beautiful garden, clean spacious house. Heaps of cooking utensils, lots of pantry necessities provided. Beaut dish washing machine. Great wifi. We will lreturn.again.

Anglesea break

Kim and Rob were the perfect hosts and very accommodating. This house was perfect for us with great facilities and so close to nature. We would see a huge array of wildlife daily, from kangaroos in the back yard, to all kinds of native birds. BBQ was great and the two decking areas were very cool. Thanks again for the stay we loved it!!!!

January week of bliss

Everyone thing we were looking for; ride in/out mountain biking, 3min drive to Victoria’s best ever beach and then there’s the house …. Well set up for easy walk in drop and go, relaxing from the get go. House, facilities and provisions are clean, well thought through and (just so) easy. Host was prompt, clear and accessible for any and all Qs. Will be passing on to friends and staying again. LOVED IT THANK YOU

Homely

Leafy surroundings. A couple of Kangaroos hang out in the parkland out the back. Cockatoos and magpies visit on the balcony in the morning and afternoon. Homely feel, nice decor. Comfortable stay. Comfy beds, quiet neighbourhood. Small recommendation to fix the ensuite leaky tap (instead of a sign on how to tweak the tap to stop the leak). Would give 5 stars if they would supply bedsheets, towels, pillowcases.

Great family Christmas stay

This home was perfect for us as we were a family travelling down to visit our daughter literally around the corner. It is situated on a quiet street backing onto the bush and golf course. It has lots of extras including essential cooking items, books, plenty of ktichenware and good sized pots for family cooking. it has a large safe deck with good sized bbq for entertaining. It is also close to shops, beach etc but away from the christmas craziness.

A great spot for peace and quiet, looking out through the trees across the gully. Quick drive to the beach, some wonderful walks and good food.

Lovely stay amongst the treetops

We loved staying here, amongst the treetops. Lovely outdoor living with loads of bird life and regular kangaroo visitors. Really enjoyable house to stay in as a base for visiting Anglesea and the Great Ocean Road, or just to relax in.

Excellent holiday home in the treetops

The house is as described and had everything we needed for our holiday. The kitchen in particular was really well set up, and the large deck and BBQ was welcomed by our family. A great find for us - thank you for hosting us - we hope to return!

Beautiful Bush Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this property over Christmas. There are so many great entertaining spaces including the upper level deck which provided great views, intimate interactions with the local wildlife and a great vibe for all guests. The property was extremely well equipped. We all felt very comfortable and didn't ever want to leave! Thanks so much Kim for such a fab holiday.

All that you need in one house

Went as a group of three couples and was perfect for the long weekend. Quick drive into town and beautiful views. Lovely deck on a warm morning/night I would think. A little bit chilly in the rooms in winter, but otherwise a lovely spot.
