The Space:

Step through the front door and into a light-filled living space that feels both modern and welcoming. The open layout flows seamlessly from the cozy lounge area into a sleek, upgraded kitchen where quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances set the stage for shared meals and easy entertaining.



Each bedroom offers a restful escape, with soft flooring underfoot and a sense of calm that makes it easy to drift off after a day in the desert sun. Two of the rooms are furnished with queen beds, while the third features a comfortable double bed — giving everyone a cozy place to unwind. The bathrooms, completely remodeled, pair clean quartz finishes with new showers and tubs so you can refresh in style.



But the heart of Casa AquaViva is the backyard. Slide open the doors and step outside to your private oasis. Spend mornings soaking in the heated saltwater spa, afternoons stretched out by the shimmering pool, and evenings grilling and dining al fresco while the San Jacinto Mountains glow in the background. With both sunny spots and shaded retreats, the space adapts perfectly to every part of the day.



Inside and out, Casa AquaViva is designed to help you slow down, savor the moment, and experience Palm Springs the way it was meant to be enjoyed.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code for the front door and the property location and more.



The Neighborhood:

Casa AquaViva is tucked into the peaceful Vista Norte neighborhood, just minutes from the vibrant heart of Palm Springs. From here, you can explore the city’s signature mix of mid-century modern architecture, stylish boutiques, and a thriving food and cocktail scene. Spend your mornings strolling through local farmers markets, afternoons browsing vintage shops and galleries, and evenings dining al fresco under the desert stars.



For outdoor adventures, you’re only a short drive from world-class golf courses, scenic hiking trails, and the famous Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, which takes you from desert floor to mountain peak in a matter of minutes. Whether you’re here to relax poolside, explore the city’s cultural side, or soak in the desert landscape, Casa AquaViva places you right in the center of what makes Palm Springs so special.



Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.



Other Things to Note:

• Pool heating is $75 per day and usually charged for the full stay. If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request. Please message us if you’d like it added.

• Rates are based on occupancy, and extra guests may increase the nightly rate.



***Pet Policy (Subject for approval)

The pet fee is $125+ per pet (based on weight). If it is not processed by the booking platform, we’ll send a request.

Pets cannot be left inside the home unattended unless they are crated. (NO EXCEPTIONS)

Pets may be left in the back patio unattended as long as the area is enclosed.

Pets must always be leashed within the community.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and for any pet-related damage or violations.

Pets cannot be up on any furniture.



The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



No smoking indoors

Pets allowed only with prior approval and with a fee per pet.

No parties or unauthorized events

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed prior to your stay

Directions: The home is located at the end of Olga Street where the road bends, accessible via Sunrise Way → E. Via Escuela → N. Paseo DeAnza → Olga.
