You\'ll love both the open and covered decks for sitting and enjoying the sunshine and surrounding nature as you sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The well-equipped, full kitchen, with an array of stainless steel appliances, is a dream for the chef of your group. Gather at the dining table for meals or family game nights or enjoy eating al fresco on the deck. The living area provides ample space for your group to come together for games, conversation, or to stream your favorite channels.

This home includes central air-conditioning, ceiling fans, a private washer/dryer, and a convenient outdoor shower. You\'ll also be close to shopping, entertainment, and restaurants, while the ocean and sound are equally nearby for spending endless hours in the sun and surf.

I think the house was fine. I definitely wasn't impressed with the cleanliness of the house. The bed sheets had a couple long hairs on them and every top blanket I found had stains. I would definitely recommend bringing your own bedding, I'm glad we did. The kitchen knifes were equally as effective as a butter knife and the pots were all Teflon if that's something people care about. They did provide towels and they seemed pretty clean. I think that's really all they need to improve on is refreshing the bed: sheets, pillows, and blankets, to something nicer and refreshing their kitchen appliances. All n all was a fine stay but I think I'll be trying somewhere else next time.

The outside of property is not cared for at all. The grass and weeds are not cut or trimmed. Poison ivy everywhere! I was told the full trash can that was full when I arrived would be taken care of and never was. The inside was ok but the overall price I was charged for 2 days stay was very overpriced! And I stay at a lot of rental properties.
