Set on the north side of Kaiapoi, this charming home is so conveniently located for Christchurch, the airport, skiing, the beach, river, tramping, cycling, cafes and restaurants.
Since I'm away, my lovely house is all yours. It has all the comforts a home should have, including an abundance of oxygenating plants that add life and vibrancy to the space.

A small, clean, non shedding dog may be considered.
The space
This delightful accommodation boasts light-filled rooms, polished rimu floors, and high ceilings. It features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a quality queen-sized bed offering medium support and luxurious silky sheets. Upon request, a comfortable airbed which you can set up in the living room to accommodate an additional guest. The cozy living room and snug/dining area, complete with a log burner for colder nights, flows seamlessly into a galley-style kitchen and a large, gated deck. There's ample off-street parking available for your convenience.

While the photos are beautiful, they don't fully capture the essence of this charming home. It's within her walls that you'll truly experience the tranquility and peace she has to offer.

**Important Note:** Please be aware that there are stairs leading to a loft room, which are unsafe for small children. Please keep this in mind when booking.
