Continuing on to the second floor, the open concept living, dining and kitchen is everything your family needs. The kitchen features white appliances, breakfast bar that seats three and is well stocked. The dining table seats six with stunning views of the water. The living area features comfortable seating also featuring stunning views. A second large covered deck can be found on this floor. The fourth bedroom is on this floor with a neighboring bathroom. The exterior of this home offers under house parking, enclosed outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. Direct access to the beach is directly across the street.
