Unwind in this bright apartment tucked away in a peaceful Reid area. With cosy furnishings and a welcoming vibe, it’s your ideal base in Canberra. Shops, cafés, and the lake are just minutes away, blending ease with comfort.

You can access all the property`s amenities throughout your stay.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a 49` Samsung TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available as well as an iron and ironing board.

COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building`s pool and tennis court throughout your stay.

The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.

PARKING:
The residential garage includes 1 designated parking space for your convenience. There are also options for free and paid street parking. Boolee St and Kograh Lane offer free 1- and 2-hour parking, while paid street parking is available on Bunda Street or at Canberra Centre.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.

Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

I am available mostly through booking platform messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

This apartment is perfectly located for easy travel around Canberra. The local shopping village is just a 2-minute walk, so you can pick up essentials without needing a car. From here, you’re also within walking distance of the Canberra Centre, Civic, and Glebe Park, making it simple to enjoy shopping, dining, and city life on foot.

Public transport is convenient, with nearby bus stops connecting you to the rest of the city. Popular attractions like Lake Burley Griffin, Commonwealth Park, the Australian War Memorial, and the National Gallery are only a short ride away. If you’re driving, there’s quick access to major roads that link you to other suburbs, day trip destinations, and Canberra Airport (about 15 minutes by car).

Whether you prefer to walk, take public transport, or drive, this central Reid location makes getting around effortless.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times, as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
