BEDROOM The bedrooms feature comfortable queen-sized beds with professionally laundered and pressed linen, along with generous wardrobe space for your belongings.
BATHROOM The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper to get you started. For longer stays, guests may need to top up supplies depending on usage.
KITCHEN Feel free to make use of the fully equipped kitchen, complete with: • Fridge/freezer • Stovetop • Microwave • Oven • Dishwasher • Crockery and cutlery

These facilities, along with the gym, barbecue area, and gardens, are located on Level 2. The gym is available for use from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily, or as otherwise advised by the executive committee.
Please note that shared facilities are managed by building management and may occasionally be unavailable. We recommend checking any building notices upon arrival for the latest updates.
PARKING - One designated, secure parking space is available for guest use. - Additional 2-hour free parking and paid street parking are available nearby.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival, with access codes provided four hours to keep your booking secure.
Only one guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys, as replacement costs apply. Lost keys, or keys left inside the apartment requiring assistance, will incur a minimum charge of $355.
