Entering the name listed in Expedia, couldn’t be located in Waze or Google Maps. I’d received a message saying the property manager would be on site to provide details, but instead, I received a message while driving with confusing instructions. Our room was on the third floor, we were told it would be on the second floor. But they apparently count the first floor as not a floor so the first floor is upstairs. Mattress on both rooms was hard as a rock. Had to use a code to exit the building so in an emergency, would be extremely dangerous. We were assigned a parking spot that required a 90° turn, with I beams, and the building making the parking extremely difficult. One wash cloth in each bathroom, even though they were expecting 3 of us.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm sorry for the confusion with directions and the floor details; we'll work on making these instructions clearer. It's disappointing to hear the mattress comfort didn't meet your expectations, and I'll pass on your comments to our team for review. The feedback about parking challenges and towel availability has been noted, and we'll ensure these issues are addressed to improve future stays. We strive for a great guest experience and appreciate your insights to help us get there. We hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future.
