Relax in a modern, coastal townhouse just 1km from the beach, overlooking the 15th Hole of the Hilltop Golf Course with a tennis court & heated pool only steps away.
This is the perfect townhouse and location for families to enjoy the facilities in the complex and the amazing location of Mollymook Beach. The townhouse is thoughtfully equipped with everything to enjoy your stay. Also includes a wonderful workstation for those needing to do some work.
We accept small trained non-shedding dogs!
Downstairs/ Ground Floor:
The ground floor has the master bedroom with ensuite, living, dining, kitchen and a nice courtyard with a view of the Golf Course.
Upstairs;
Has 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen Bed and the other with 2 Single Beds. A bathroom with a spa bath.
Also has a sitting room with a lounge and workstation.
Floor plan is attached to give you an exact layout. This property is a townhouse with double brick walls, making it super quiet and private.
The house is well equipped, the tennis court is just across from the townhouse, and the pool is only a couple of steps away.
The pool is heated to 27 degrees from October until April.
Tennis Court - there are no rules or no need to book, if no one is using it, it`s all yours. There are tennis rackets and tennis balls under the stairs.
You may be asked to move dates slightly over Peak season to work in with our cleaners. Thank you in advance 🙏
Everywhere, except the 2 locked linen closets and garage
There is access via the Air BNB host messaging, Mobile numbers are displayed everywhere on the property (Whats App)

All guests and visitors permitted at this premise;
- No parties or schoolies to be at our property
- We have a ‘no sand’ policy so please wash off sand when you return from the beach before entering the house, there is a tap near the front door
- No smoking inside or on the balcony
- We have a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, please respect our neighbours and come inside by 10pm
- Please don’t allow kids to eat on furnishings or in bedrooms.
PET RULES
- We accept 1 dog under 7 kg, no-shedding and fully house-trained (we have a lot of carpet).
- No pets are allowed on our furnishings, please. We recommend that guests bring your own pet bed
- Please do not wash dog beds, blankets, or items in the washing machine to prevent clogging drains.
- Pets are not to be left inside the house unattended
- Please note because we back on to a golf course and it is not fenced however there is a hedge, again when outside you will need to make sure your pet is supervised.
- Please ensure you pick up dog belongings and place in council bins at the entry of the complex (not inside)
- Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s health, safety, and behaviour during their entire stay in and outside the house.
Please ensure checkout instructions checklist
You can expect the house to be spotlessly clean. In return we expect you to keep the house in a similar way when you depart.
