The private furnished balcony provides beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Indian Shores Beach. Accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom, the balcony offers an inviting setting for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, and colorful sunsets over the water.

Inside, the spacious living area features contemporary coastal decor, comfortable seating, wood style flooring, and a large flat-screen cable TV. Sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light and showcase the beachfront setting. The open dining area provides a comfortable place for family meals, games, and time together after a day on the sand.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and everything needed to prepare meals at home. Guests can enjoy breakfast before heading to the beach, pack snacks for the beach, or gather for a relaxed dinner at the condo.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, private balcony access, a flat-screen cable TV, and an updated ensuite bathroom. The primary bathroom includes a double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed, creating flexible accommodations for families. A second full bathroom features a shower and tub combination.

The Beach Palms community offers direct access to Indian Shores Beach, a heated Gulf front swimming pool, a spacious sun deck, a community grilling area, poolside restrooms, an outdoor shower, two elevator systems, and stairs. One assigned covered parking space is included, and the JC Resorts front desk is conveniently located next door for an easy check-in experience.

Located along Gulf Boulevard, Beach Palms is centrally positioned between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. Guests are close to Indian Shores restaurants, local shops, watersports, family friendly attractions, and the neighboring Gulf Coast communities of Indian Rocks Beach and North Redington Beach.

A seven-night stay with Saturday arrival and departure is required. Maximum occupancy is six guests, including infants. One assigned parking space is provided; RVs and boats are not permitted. This is a non-smoking and pet-free vacation rental. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
