The heart of the home unfolds in its open-concept living and dining area, a sun-drenched expanse designed for effortless gatherings and cherished moments. Accommodating up to nine guests with unparalleled comfort, the sleeping quarters offer a harmonious mix of indulgence and versatility. Two master suites boast plush king beds draped in sumptuous linens, each with en-suite bathrooms. A third bedroom provides two twin beds with an additional trundle for ultimate flexibility, while the lounge retreat features a spacious sofa bed ideal for overflow or casual get togethers. Beyond the walls, the condo's prime location grants seamless access to the free gondola to historic Telluride and endless adventures—yet stepping inside always feels like returning to a heartfelt embrace, where the cozy flicker of the fire and those endless mountain views promise memories as enduring as the Rockies themselves.

Telluride itself is a world-class destination renowned for its stunning alpine scenery, vibrant cultural scene, and year-round outdoor adventures. In winter, the area transforms into a skier's paradise with direct access to Telluride Ski Resort's legendary powder runs and groomed trails. Summer brings hiking, mountain biking, and festivals like the Telluride Film Festival and Bluegrass Festival, set against a backdrop of wildflowers and cascading waterfalls. The historic town charm, with its historical architecture, gourmet dining, and boutique shopping, ensures a perfect blend of luxury and authentic mountain living just minutes from your doorstep.

WHAT WE LOVE

- Very close to the gondola at Mountain Village core.
- Ski Valet located at the base of Chair 4 and Misty Maiden (under the gondola steps) is available for all guests. Storage is available for skis, poles, and boots. Valet is open from 8:00am - 5:00pm. Storage is monitored during the day and locked at night.
- This home includes up to two days of access to the Peaks Resort Amenities such as the spa, gym, pool, and hot tub. Please reach out to our Reservation Team to inquire about purchasing additional day passes for access to the Peaks Resort at an additional cost.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 9 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 1. Additional paid valet parking may be available at The Peaks for extra cars. Availability for additional valet parking varies and cannot be guaranteed. Payment is collected directly at The Peaks front desk.
- This home could allow up to two dogs with final approval from InvitedHome. Please let us know if you are planning on bringing a pet, emotional support animal, or service animal when booking. All details need to be submitted via text message or email for approval. The pet cleaning fee is $150 per animal and the pet rental fee is $50/night per animal. Pet fees will be added to the reservation after approval and are non-refundable.
- A credit card preauthorization of $1,500.00 is required at the time of check-in as a damage deposit.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
