Stays 30 days or longer are subject to host approval and a lease agreement to be signed within 48 hours following booking containing customary provisions, including:
• Fully refundable if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in
• After 48 hours following booking (or immediately upon booking if check-in is then within 28 days), the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable
• Refundable lease security deposit of $15,000 to be submitted within 48 hours
• No pets except upon prior written approval by host; if approved, a refundable pet security deposit of $1,000 per pet and a non-refundable pet fee of $500 per pet would apply
• Specified lease termination date, with no automatic renewal
• Holdover clause with daily rent multiplier
• No subletting / no additional occupants without host’s written permission
• Utilities / housekeeping / maintenance responsibilities clearly allocated

I selected and designed this cabin, named for the sweeping views that give it its character, with one goal in mind: to build a space where my own family and friends could gather, slow down, and truly enjoy each other's company. To me, luxury isn't about high-end finishes alone — it's the peace of mind that comes from meticulous, personal oversight.

As founder of ACF Luxury Stays, I've walked through every detail of this home myself to make sure it feels like a genuine sanctuary rather than just another rental. We're a deliberately small, family-owned collection, and I like it that way — it means I can stay personally involved in every stay. I hope this cabin gives you the same sense of warmth and restoration it gives my own family and friends.
