We provide plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion for your comfort. Beach towels are ready for your seaside adventures, and we include laundry soap and dishwasher tabs for your convenience. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay. To better assist you, we are pleased to provide assistance in either English or French.

The Space:
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with plenty of natural light and stunning views of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and opens into the cozy living and dining areas, which lead out to a spacious private balcony—ideal for sipping your morning coffee, enjoying a meal outside, or watching the sun set over the water.

The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat, featuring a king-size bed, balcony access, and sweeping views of the beach. It also includes a walk-through closet and a well-designed en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and modern finishes. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed plus a pull-out sofa—perfect for families or guests who need a little extra sleeping space. The third bedroom has two full-size beds, great for kids or additional guests.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the condo, including a private entrance, elevator access, ou'll also have access to the beachfront pool, lounge chairs, outdoor kitchen, and BBQ area—everything you need for easy, breezy island living.

The Neighborhood:
Laguna Del Mar is located in a quiet, well-maintained residential complex right on Seven Mile Beach—one of the most sought-after stretches of sand in the Caribbean. Additionally, you are just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, beach bars, cafes, and local shops. Everything you need is close by, whether you are in the mood for a sunset cocktail or a fresh seafood dinner. While the Cayman Islands are widely recognized as one of the safest islands in the Caribbean, the complex also has nighttime security for added peace of mind.

Getting Around:
Many guests find they can walk to most places along Seven Mile Beach, including grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. If you would like to explore more of Grand Cayman, taxis are easy to arrange, or you can rent a car for added flexibility. Local buses run frequently along West Bay Road—just step to the roadside and wave one down, and they will stop for you. It’s a great way to explore the island without the need for a rental car.

Host charges a 5% credit card processing fee on Booking . com, VRBO and direct bookings. 13% tourism tax will be added to all reservations. For bookings made through VRBO, Booking. com, and Direct Booking: A rental agreement will be provided for the upcoming reservation, and the submission of credit card information is required to complete the payment process. If the agreement is not signed and payment details are not provided within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation due to non-payment.
