Seven Mile Condo sur la plage au tuba / Plongée Paradise

Belle copropriété front de mer sur Seven Mile Beach est parfait pour une escapade d'un couple ou pour des vacances en famille. 3 unité de chambre peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes dans 1440 pieds carrés et est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine et linge de maison, y compris les serviettes de plage. Vues des Caraïbes célestes, en particulier à partir de la salle de séjour. Unité dispose de sa propre machine à laver / sÚche-linge et une télévision à grand écran plat dans la chambre principale (avec lit king) ainsi que la deuxiÚme TV dans le salon. DeuxiÚme chambre avec lit queen et lits superposés peut accueillir jusqu'à 4. TroisiÚme chambre a un lit king size.

Situé au rez de chaussée au Tamarind Bay, qui est à cÎté de l'HÎtel Marriott et ses commodités, y compris l'accÚs à l'eau vacances sportives (telles que des jet-skis et des kayaks) et un bar en bord de mer. Tamarind Bay a une belle plage privée et est à distance de marche des commerces et du centre-ville de Georgetown. Piscine dans ce complexe privé est parfait pour les enfants quand ils se fatiguent de chasser les poissons dans la mer à l'avant! Barbecue autour de la piscine dans un complexe qui comprend des tables de déjeuner dans gazebos et toutes les chaises longues vous aurez besoin. Le secret le mieux gardé est la gestion au Tamarind Bay, dont la gentillesse et la serviabilité est célÚbre dans Grand Cayman.

Si vous avez jamais été à Cayman, s'il vous plaßt aller. Les Caraïbes y est limpide et toujours chaud, avec des poissons assortis, tortues, et les rayons de natation juste à cÎté de Seven Mile Beach. Les gens sont serviables et aimables et ceci est l'endroit le plus sûr que nous ayons jamais visité; il est comme un pas en arriÚre dans le temps. Un paradis pour les enfants de tous ùges.

Susan’s place is really nice. It had enough beds for our family of 6 and was very comfortable. It had a ton of things in the kitchen and even a cooler, beach chairs, plenty of towels, tennis rackets for playing tennis and the pool is directly off the screened in porch. We checked in on Sunday when Grocery stores are closed so Kathy (property manager) brought us some fruit, waters and coffee to give us a few things to get started. Both Susan and Kathy were very helpful. We used the Fosters app to have groceries delivered which I strongly recommend. Best part of this place is its across the street from Peppers which has the best food around. Ms Pipers is also next door and also very nice and good. It is pretty easy to call a Taxi and get around too. All in all, great location and this place has everything you need. For snorkeling, you can swim over to the Marriott pretty easily but keep in mind this section of Seven Mile does not have a lot of beach. It was not an issue for us bc we prefer the pool, which was very clean and very low key. Thanks very much Susan and Kathy!

Great location. Lots of amenities: toiletries, pots, pans, cups, soap, towels. Clean. On demand hot water heater so hot water doesn’t run out. Great communication with owner and host. Pool heated and warm in December. Next to Marriott which has nice drinks. Good information in binder about everything around.

Wonderful Stay

Very clean and neat property! I loved that we could walk right out of the screened-in porch to the pool, with a wide-open view of the beautiful ocean and sunsets! Within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, hotels and car rental is right across the street. They gave a detailed list of recommendations such as excursions to go on, restaurants to try, where to rent a car, who to get a taxi from. We used several recommendations and were extremely happy with all of them! We always felt very safe!They were very responsive, greeted us immediately upon arrival, showed us how to use the code to get in-which I loved over having to share a key with several people in one group. We felt very lucky to often have the pool all to ourselves! Very peaceful property, lots of lounge chairs, even extra pool toys/noodles, floaties etc.I wish we could have stayed longer! I would definitely recommend this place and these hosts! Thank you for a great vacation!

Just right!

We had an awesome stay! This VRBO is as listed and even better than we thought it would be. Kathy knew everything about the island and was a big help. Restaurants very close and lots to do. Or just relax!

Great Stay

The delightfulness started before the trip with great communication with lovely recommendations for the trip. We got there and were met as expected, even though we were a bit delayed going through Customs. Everything was as expected, and we had no problems during the stay. Walking straight to the pool from the screened in porch made it easy. The lack of beach was no problem as there are others both walking and an easy drive away. The location is great nearby to restaurants. All in all, a great stay.

Simply perfect

The property was in a perfect location! Short walks to restaurants and short bus rides to amazing beaches. I never once worried about our safety. We will definitely be back.

Good choice

This property worked out perfectly for us. We had extra guests in our group stay next door at the Hampton Inn and everyone was happy. The pool was conveniently located near the unit and was the go-to place for us
 with much of the time only our group using it. You can’t beat the location with so much within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a family

The property was perfect for us! We had our young kids, grandparent, and uncle all stay there. The layout worked great and it was nice being able to access the pool from our patio. It felt like home and was wonderful to be able to start a load of laundry and the dishwasher while we were out enjoying the weather and attractions. I will 1000% stay here again when we visit. We happened to be there during a hurricane and the property manager was wonderful and had great communication with us throughout the storm. WONDERFUL PLACE!!!

New Year Stay

The vacation was exceptional!! The property manager was extremely helpful. She even checked on us before we left to ensure we were happy. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. Being on the ground floor made easy access to the pool, parking lot and walk to the street. The New Year fireworks were the best I’ve ever seen. Everything was an A+. Will definitely want to come back again.

Home Base

We had an amazing time at Susan’s property. She and property manager Kathy were both amazing considering all of our travel set backs. The condo was a great home base for the five of us. We look forward to staying again.

Super diving vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and the unit had all we could want to feel like home. The proximity to the pool was an added bonus. The check in was easy and even the landscaping crew was friendly and welcoming. Great stay!

Too short a stay

The property is nice. The actual condo itself is very roomy (we had a family of 8 and were pretty comfy), and better in person compared to pics. They have all your basic necessities. It does tend to get hot inside at night, but if you sleep with doors open, the air flow is much better. The only downside is that theres no beach at this location. When i say no beach, i mean absolutely no beach. There are beaches close by, but recommend driving to them. The property is a little hard to spot, the easiest way to find is looking fir the hampton inn, as its right next to it. Would prefer a place with a beach at property, but would def be open to staying here again. They also have books with useful information for tourists for the island as well inside

Good view

This property provides a nice view and is close to many good hotels and restaurants. Walking to the beach takes about 5 minutes. The property was very clean and it had everything we needed. The furnishings are a bit outdated, as well as the check in process. We usually receive instructions and a code. Overall, it’s a nice property in a good location. However, even with the 20% discount we received for not having a beach, the price was a bit steep for what you get now that the beach is pretty much gone in front of this property as well as the surrounding properties.

Wonderful Time

This was our first “big” vacation with our children, ages 8 and 11. Everything was perfect. The manager, Kathy, was so nice and accommodating. She even helped with our grocery deliveries! The owner maintains excellent communication. The property is clean, safe and beautiful. So much to do in Grand Cayman and this is a great location to stay.

Family trip

We had a wonderful time! Every year we take our family on a trip for Christmas. Ages 53-20. The beach was not how it used to be but it did not change how much fun we had. We walked the beach and walls everyday. The area is very safe, we always felt safe, we could walk everywhere or hop the local bus for a couple bucks to take you all over. Kathy was wonderful with everything, the staff was also amazing, very friendly. Will definitely plan a trip back.

Very Enjoyable!!

This property is very clean, quiet and centrally located. The condo was well stocked and had everything we needed. It was spacious and worked great for our group of five adults - we weren’t tripping over each other and could spread out. The host, property manager Kathy, and maintenance man Henry were so nice and responsive. There is no beach anymore due to erosion but the pool area was lovely. The Christmas lights on the palm trees and other landscaping were so fun! Honestly, the photos of this property do not do it justice!

We had a great time, the condo was fully equipped with everything we needed. Special thanks to manager Kathy for being so helpful, to owner Susan for always promptly responding, and to the Brazilian maintenance guy (sorry, forgot his name), who showed up right away when we requested to reset and reconnect the TV.

California couple has owned and vacationed here with their children for 14 years. Our children are now college-age, but we and they still return to this second home as often as possible. This is the perfect place for quality family time, with all your needs supplied. We fell in love with Grand Cayman the first time we visited in 1994 and bought our place there as soon as we could afford it. We have maintained and improved it over time, adding a second TV in the master bedroom and new mattresses, etc. We love to hear comments from our guests and always respond to suggestions for improvement. We love to use it ourselves, but when we can't, we enjoy sharing this unit with other families.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We fell in love with Grand Cayman when we first visited there when our daughters were 3 and 5. Shortly after renting a car at the airport, my husband pulled the car over to review an island map, as he was unsure if we were headed the right way. Almost immediately, a taxi pulled up behind us and the driver got out of her van to ask my husband if 'she could be of assistance in helping him with directions.' She told us to follow her and directed us to our rental condominium. She wasn't paid; she just saw we needed help, so she helped us. That's pretty common in Cayman and set the tone for a spectacular vacation of swimming, sunning, snorkeling, and great restaurants. Our kids LOVED it. We returned 2 yrs later and stayed at another complex on Seven mile Beach with a particularly great 2 bedroom plus den oceanfront layout. Again, we loved it. We scanned real estate listings at the end of that vacation and when we saw a unit in another complex with the same layout (by the same architect) at a reasonable price, we bought it. We've enjoyed it and have vacationed there annually since then.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our unit is fully equipped at the highest level. It was recently completely remodeled and refurnished, including designer furniture and all new kitchenware and linens. We have flat screen high def TVs in the living room, master bedroom, and third bedroom. We provide games, cards, books, music, and DVDs for our guests. Although luxurious, our place is 'Caribbean comfortable' where guests can enjoy slouching on any sofa with their shoes off while staring at the beautiful sea outside.
