Island Time is a brand-new four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath private vacation home featuring a luxurious heated swimming pool and spa. This two-level coastal retreat offers beautifully designed indoor and outdoor living spaces, all just a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard and the 7 miles of white sugar sand beach of Fort Myers Beach.

Upon arrival, guests will appreciate ample off-street parking, including two covered spaces. The main entrance leads upstairs to the expansive open-concept living level, where beachy, modern coastal décor and beautiful wood flooring create an inviting atmosphere. The living room features plush seating, a queen sleeper sofa, coastal accents, and a large wall-mounted TV. Sliding doors open to a spacious screened-in balcony furnished with comfortable outdoor couches and ceiling fans—perfect for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or enjoying the fresh gulf breeze. The gourmet kitchen is a showpiece with white cabinetry, brand-new stainless steel appliances, gold hardware, floating wood shelves, and a large center island with seating for six. The kitchen flows seamlessly into a warm dining area with an oversized wooden table ideal for gathering, entertaining, and family meals. Just off the dining room is the main-level king suite, providing a private retreat with a comfortable king bed, full closet, mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and double vanity.

The second level features three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Two adjacent queen bedrooms each offer their own closet and wall-mounted TV. These rooms share a well-appointed hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination. At the end of the hall, the primary king suite offers a serene, private escape. This spacious bedroom includes a king bed, two cozy swivel chairs for lounging, a large closet, and a mounted TV. Step out onto the private balcony for a quiet moment in the sun or evening relaxation. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity and a large walk-in shower.

The fenced-in backyard is a true highlight, designed for ultimate relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. A large pavered deck surrounds the heated pool and cascading spa, complete with lounge chairs for sunbathing. A covered patio area includes a dining table with seating for eight, a wet bar, mini fridge, mounted TV, and a gas grill—perfect for outdoor meals or watching the game while poolside. A convenient outdoor shower makes rinsing off after the beach or pool a breeze.

Island Time includes complimentary WiFi, ceiling fans, air conditioning, private laundry (located on the lower level with full-size washer and dryer), and all towels and linens provided. Guests will love the home's close proximity to restaurants, nightlife, and activities—including parasailing, jet ski rentals, fishing charters, and boat tours, all within walking or biking distance.
