Only minutes from the centre of Berry but seemingly miles away from everything! Enjoy spectacular views from every room over rolling green hills out to the ocean and up to the escarpment. This classically design home is an ideal getaway for a group of friends or extended family.



Eagles Rise sleeps a maximum of 8 adults and 6 children. The home features a queen master bedroom with ensuite and a twin room on the main level, two air-conditioned queen bedrooms sharing a luxurious bathroom upstairs and a 6 berth bunk room and additional bathroom downstairs.



Relax in the stylish lounge area around the wood-burning fireplace and enjoy long lunches and dinners around the 12-seat oak dining table which looks out French doors to the incredible view. Downstairs is a second living area with smart TV, DVD player, DVD's, pool table, books, games and ample space for kids to play. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a 90cm electric oven and gas stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, loads of bench space for multiple cooks and everything you need to entertain. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, additional bar fridge and dishwasher.



Adjoining the wrap-around veranda is a large outdoor entertaining terrace with gas BBQ, wood-fired pizza oven, 12 seat outdoor table and lounge setting around a coffee table, all of which overlooks the swimming pool with amazing valley views. With 7.5 acres of countryside to explore, including a large flat area for a game of cricket or soccer, there is plenty of room for adults and kids to roam or simply relax in the beautiful surrounds.



Tucked away in a secluded and picturesque valley on the outskirts of Berry, this amazing country home is just 2 hours drive from Sydney and a short drive to Berry village, Gerroa, Seven Mile Beach and Kangaroo Valley.

Firewood is provided from April through to the end of September.

Firewood is not provided for pizza oven from October until the end of May, guests are to supply their own. Pizza oven cannot be used if there is a total fire ban. Fire conditions can be checked on the NSW RFS website.



Bookings made for Thursday to Sunday nights are charged at the full weekend tariff
