Property is amazing as described, host was friendly on arrival and made us feel welcome, would go back again. Plenty of room for guests to have their own space and still come together in group settings.
Staying at Belairberry was as delightful as we had hoped. Our host, David ensured that our arrival was relaxed and everything we needed was at our disposal. Everywhere you look there is something wonderful. The nostalgia, charm and character is really something. We enjoyed cocktails in the upstairs lounge, an early morning swim and spacious and comfortable rooms. An easy walk to all the cafes and shops of Berry and everything you need if you choose to stay in. A wonderful weekend enjoyed by the whole family - from 86 year old Grandma to 19 year old granddaughter.
Great to stay somewhere as a large family, adult children and grandchildren, where we all had space and privacy. Lush comfy bedding. Ample kitchen and dining supplies. All the conveniences of staying in town, close to all amenities.
We loved staying at David’s unique and beautiful property. Located in the heart of Berry it was the perfect place to explore the town and surrounds. Our kids loved swimming in the pool and playing in the garden. The unique layout of the property was perfect for our large family group, Would highly recommend to anyone!
Perfect for our 14 member family. Spacious, comfortable and in the perfect location. We all enjoyed the pool and garden. Plenty of comfortable furniture and quirky decoration. Everything we needed - loved it.
BelAir is a wonderfully preserved throwback to the 1950's in an architecht designed holiday home. In keeping with the building, the furnishings, crockery, glassware and art are all sympathetic with the period. It is a perfect party destination.
We had a wonderful time with family & friends for a wedding!
Great location, in the main street of shops, plenty of room for everyone.
Good communication with host.
Would totally recommend!!

Thanks Kylie and thanks for leaving the house so nice...
It was the most fantastic home that offered everything from comfort, functionality, style and a feeling of going back in time!
Perfect for large groups and for special celebrations.
Thank you so much David, we will be back!
If you love architecture and things to be a bit quirky you will love this house. Lots of space, kitchen very well equipped, everything needed to host large dinner party. Excellent Host.
13 of us stayed here over the long weekend and it was truly the most magnificent house. It is so wonderful and spacious in person, the attention to detail, the aesthetic, the love, the comfort and genuine effort that’s gone into this place was easily felt by our whole group and we would all stay again one day. David was also super kind and easy to chat with when we needed to check in and out. Honestly, this place is just amazing and I’d recommend it to everyone :) so happy we came here!
Fascinating and flexible house in central location
Our seven grandchildren (aged 4-15) loved the large heated pool and the separate areas where cousins could gather. The 6 adults loved proximity to shops and cafes, the flexibility of who slept where and the classic 50's house features. I appreciated owner warning about slippery stairs in wet weather. Plenty of bathrooms. A separate unit let my husband and I (happily in our 70's) occasionally escape.
Wow! What an amazing place, exceeded expectations by a million miles! Thank you David, you made us feel so very welcome. The property is lovingly restored and very comfortable for a large group. There were 12 of us (six couples) and we all had our own space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need. The large sunny dining room is beautiful. The perfect spot for breakfast and to celebrate my birthday dinner with friends. I cannot recommend highly enough!
Travelled with group of ladies who wanted their own rooms, so house worked perfectly for us. We loved the retro feel of the place. We self-catered (shopped local) and place had most things you’d need. Comfy beds, hot showers and nice and clean. Would stay there again.
David was quite to answer all questions related to our rental. The property was located to walkable distance to restaurants and shops including IGA. It was quite an unique house must stay there to appreciate the funkness of it. Thanks for the great stay.
Bel Air Berry was such a great place to stay for me and my family. The property was beautiful and exceeded more than the photos. Very close to the main shop strip of shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend for large families or groups.
This property was absolutely amazing! We stepped into another era and this retro villa is literally one of a kind. Perfect for a girls weekend or a large group of adults wanting their own bedroom and bathroom. The pool was beautiful too! Would definitely recommend!
