Just moments from the sparkling shoreline, the McCrae Lighthouse, local cafés and wineries, the 3-bedroom home offers the perfect setting for a breezy getaway with family & friends. With polished timber floors, an inviting open-plan layout and thoughtful modern comforts, the house is designed to make every stay feel memorable.

THE SPACE
Inside, you'll find a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area that creates a warm and welcoming hub for cooking, dining, and unwinding together. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, a large fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and an air fryer, giving you everything you need whether you're preparing a simple breakfast or a shared dinner after a day at the beach. The refurbished bathroom and separate laundry, complete with a washing machine, offer convenience for extended stays, while split-system heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort.

Each of the three bedrooms features a comfortable queen bed, making the home ideal for couples, families or small groups. The main bedroom includes a generous 65-inch smart TV, while the living room offers a 50-inch TV with Netflix, Binge and Kayo ready to enjoy. Fast Wi-Fi, board and card games and a dartboard, there’s always something to do, whether you’re relaxing indoors or spending quality time together.

Step outside onto the back porch and enjoy a peaceful space to sip morning coffee, fire up the gas BBQ for dinner or gather around the fire pit under the stars. The fully fenced yard makes the property pet-friendly and safe for children and furry friends to roam.

Located in the heart of McCrae, this home is perfectly positioned for exploring the best of the Mornington Peninsula. From the beach and coastal walking tracks to renowned wineries, the Arthurs Seat Eagle, hot springs, parks and playgrounds, everything is just minutes away. Quiet, relaxed and filled with homely touches, McCrae Memories offers the ideal place to unwind, reconnect and create the kind of holiday memory you’ll remember long after you leave.

GUEST ACCESS
This home sleeps six guests across three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: 1 x Queen bed

A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and unwind.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their own beach towel, bath towel, and tea towel, along with hand towels and Refhome's description of the home's bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a complete linen set for $30 per bed, including a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, which includes one bath towel and two tea towels (for the first towel set ordered only).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom, which includes a bathmat and a hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay hours' 48 hours' notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume that no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised otherwise.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.
