Situated one level above the street, the apartment features a private balcony overlooking bustling cafes by day and lively bars by night. With excellent shopping and dining just around the corner, it’s perfect for those who enjoy the convenience of city living.
Bridge St. Apartment - 1 is spacious, stylish, and comfortable, with an open-plan lounge and fully equipped kitchen - ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of Nelson.
If you need more space, consider Bridge St. Apartment - 2, which has 2 bedrooms.

Bedroom with a queen-size bed. For guests travelling with a small child, a portacot can be hired by early request.

• Nelson has an attractive city centre - a nice place to walk around with many parks & galleries to visit & also great proximity to the river & hillside walking & riding trails that surround central Nelson!

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 2 hours will be included in your booking.
• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• About the Bridge Street Apartments:
A charming two-story New Orleans-style building with retail and hospitality spaces on the ground floor and a backpackers at the rear of the first floor. The building has undergone major renovations, bringing energy and vibrancy to this end of Bridge Street. Stay central, stylish, and comfortable - the perfect base for exploring Nelson City!
• Bridge Street is currently closed for roadworks until 12 December. The works take place during daytime hours only and may finish earlier if the weather is favorable. Please expect extra street noise during the day.
• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:
- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).
- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.
- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.
- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.
- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
