Wide-open spaces await at Country Quiet, a countryside hideaway on 1.05 acres of protected land and home to gentle gopher tortoises. Fire up the gas grill, dine al fresco on the patio, and enjoy starry nights next to the wood-burning firepit. Beautifully updated, the light-filled interior features new appliances, fixtures, and finishes. Prepare delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, or step out to the patio for an afternoon cookout.

Make yourself at home in the inviting living area, complete with modern furnishings and a 75' TV. Indulge your inner chef in the updated kitchen, with ample countertop space and all-new appliances.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, featuring an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are included. Beach chairs and complimentary firewood are also provided in the vacation rental.

Very relaxing, I enjoyed the fire pit very much. Host provided firewood which is great. I go thee all time for area tournaments.

The worst vacation I've ever had started with staying here

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not even stay here for longer than 3 hours because we discovered one of the beds was INFESTED with bed bugs. After having to find another place to stay (in the middle of spring break week, we had to travel 50 miles away from our location to even find a place) I am STILL nearly a month later in a battle with customer service to get credit back for a house we didn't even stay at! This has been one of the worst experiences of my life, and I will never use this service again.

Boombah tourney

We were in Town for a field hockey showcase at Boombah and this place was perfectly located! We spent a day at Disney Springs, a day at cocoa beach and it’s about an hour or so from Daytona too. Really centrally located and we loved it. It’s also 3/4 of a mile from the small Orlando Sanford airport- I highly recommended flying into there if at all possible . We definitely plan to stay again!

Great home for the Family

Nice Quiet place for our family when we visit Sanford FL. Place was clean and comfortable. Due to unusual cold FL had this year we did not see any Turtles!. We come to Sanford area 2-3 's a year to visit family here and we will use this place in our next travels to FL. Host stocked the place for us and it was great.

Perfect location

The property was exactly what we needed and in the perfect location. We were there for a baseball tournament at Boombah Sports Complex and this house was only 2 miles away, with very little to no traffic! We did have a pretty bad ant issue, but the owner was there when she promised and helped resolve it the same day. No other issues. Very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Spent about a week at this property. It was spacious, very relaxing, clean, great location. Owners provide everything you need in the property and information about the surroundings. Love it!

Excellent experience. Very clean, had all the amenities of a hotel - shampoo, soap conditioner: full kitchen amenities - coffee, salt and pepper. They even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy.

Great spot for Sanford area

Property was neat, clean, and in great shape. The yard would have been great to sit in if it wasn't cold and raining. The location was perfect for us to access places in central Florida as well as the coast. And even though it was just South of the airport it was peaceful and quiet both day and night..

Cute house, helpful owners

The house was cute and perfect for our family while in FL for a soccer showcase. Provided a safer option to a hotel during COVID. Owners were helpful. They even tracked down a left behind part of a soccer uniform and sent it to us.

Clean and comfy!!

We had a fabulous relaxing time at this property! It is so clean and well-kept, plenty of room inside and out. We had 2 tortoise sightings - such fun. We hope to return and would definitely stay here again!!!

Would like to have known that in winter the tortoises might be dormant

It would have been great to have more information about the tortoises and about where people can swim in season since beach towels are provided. Also it would be great for people to know about Blue Springs park manatee viewing etc and the nearest zoo/garden.
