A new roof is scheduled to be installed on this units building. We estimate repairs will be completed by Feb. 5, 2026.
This lovely condo is across the street from St. Petersburg Beach and is located on the 3rd floor of the Gulf Winds (Gulf Building)! Beautifully renovated! Unit 305 is decorated with a beach vibe, and has a lovely view of the Beach from inside the unit! You'll be just steps from the fine sugar sands of St. Pete Beach, known to be one of the loveliest beaches in the World!
Gulf Winds also has a heated community pool to enjoy. You will be within walking distance to many restaurant/bars, to include Buoy's Waterfront Bar & Grill and Toasted Monkey Bar & Grill, among many others!
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, and the other with 2 twin beds; the unit sleeps up to 4. Each bedroom, as well as the living room, have smart TV's. The kitchen has a gorgeous waterfall island with dining for 6. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Gulf Winds has a community pool, located one building South, and there are also Shuffle Boards Courts and a coined laundry room on site (cost of doing laundry is not included).
This owner provides a beach umbrella, a beach buggy, and four beach chairs. They are located in the Primary bedroom closet.
Basic Cable TV is provided, and all TV's are smart TV's with Xumo boxes, so you can stream on your favorite channel accounts.
IMPORTANT information on Saint Petersburg parking permits. Provided that you have registered your car with us, you can park ONE vehicle on the street in any open space that has a sign for 2RU permit parking, as we will submit your car info into the parking permit system. If we do not have car info, you will need to pay to park. If you bring more than one vehicle, you can pay for parking. Please follow the parking sign directions to pay for parking if you have not registered your car with us, or if you have an additional vehicle. There are many spots that allow the 2RU permit parking at this development, however, if you do register your car info and the license plate number with us, you will either need to pay for parking, or you will run the risk of getting towed.
Please submit License Plate Number, License Plate State, Vehicle Make, and Vehicle Model.
Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED. THERE IS A NO REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN. IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy WITHIN 60 DAYS OF CHECK-IN, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. Check in is any time after 4PM. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.
Due to our high occupancy rate, sorry, but we cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs. We kindly ask that you please refrain from asking for either an early check-in or a late check-out.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
We require the payer of the booking to sign our rental agreement, which insures the guest instructions will auto-send at 3PM on the day of arrival.
