The perfect spot for R and R easy walk to town supermarkets close by. huge deck with outdoor sofa and loungers. Interior was so homely comfortable and well equipped. Karen and Dave thought of everything.

This was a spacious accommodation. The location was handy for a walk to the CBD. Beautiful breakfast included. Great amenities. Nice deck area with BBQ. Everything you needed for a lovely stay.

Where to start A beautiful warm and welcoming home to walk into...every single thing you could want or need. Space, luxury, a beautiful breakast spread provided. Beautiful, comfortable house. Clean and well-equipped. Friendly hosts, efficient communication and a great location on walking-distance of the city center too! We stayed here with our kids and were very happy to have found this spot!

What a lovely place, spacious, tidy, excellent indoor outdoor flow with a large deck. Pots and pans were new, plenty of dish towels and the softest bath towels. Lots of extras with games, books, tourist info, breakfast supplies—super helpful hosts. They were excellent and available when needed. I’d love to stay there again.

We had such a lovely stay in Napier! We were lucky that during most of our stay, the weather was brilliant! Karen and David are so lovely - we arrived to a very easy check in (Karen and David live upstairs), plus milk, bread, fruit, butter, jam, biscuits, tea, coffee, and a lovely bottle of wine.We walked in to the city most days - an easy walk downhill, and a bit of a hill on the way back, but manageable. Everything was nearby - Marine Parade, shops, supermarket, Ocean Spa, mini golf, playground, information centre. A highlight of the trip was David's recommendation of Birdwoods in Havelock North - such a beautiful setting, and the kids loved the old fashioned lolly shop!Comfortable beds, nice linen, and a very clean and tidy place. Thank you so much Karen and David for the care and attention you give your house and your guests. Highly recommend!

Studio very comfortable, clean, tidy, very nice linen, good amenities, good outside seating area and perfectly situated for walk down into town. Fruit, bread, milk etc also left which was a nice gesture. By chance we happened to arrive during Art Deco Festival, which was great fun and Napier a really nice place to visit.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a wonderful stay. My husband, two kids, and I enjoyed the best five-day holiday here. The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The elegance of the space was truly impressive, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The furniture is not only beautiful but also exceptionally comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Additionally, the location is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions and conveniences. Overall, a delightful experience for our family!
