Found in the exclusive Esperanza Private Residences, Esperanza 3BR Villa 2603 is a beautifully designed retreat perfect for families or couples traveling together. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Villa 2603 can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. A wide range of amenities enhances your stay, including access to the Auberge Private Residences at Esperanza Resort—featuring restaurants, a clubhouse with pool and game areas, and a state-of-the-art fitness facility. Guests also enjoy the Private Residences pools and the oceanfront Estrella restaurant. Access to additional areas or activities may require an extra fee.

In each of the 3 spacious bedrooms, you will find elegant furnishings and décor that echo the sophisticated design of the entire property. Plush linens and premium bedding outfit the two King bedrooms and the third bedroom with two Double beds. Each room includes its own ensuite bathroom, ensuring privacy and convenience for every guest. Sliding glass doors invite abundant natural light and warm Cabo breezes, creating an open, airy ambiance throughout.

At Villa 2603, the gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef. Outfitted with professional stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to prepare gourmet meals, the space is ideal for dining in. Enjoy a quick breakfast at the kitchen bar or share a relaxing dinner at the dining table with seating for eight. The open-concept layout connects seamlessly to the living area, where a comfortable sectional invites everyone to unwind, socialize, or watch a movie on the large TV.

From the living and dining area, floor-to-ceiling windows open to a private patio overlooking Esperanza’s lush gardens. Comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table provide a perfect setting for enjoying morning coffee, sharing a meal, or simply savoring the Cabo sunshine. Maid service is 3 times weekly.

A few words on Resort Access: There's a property map in the gallery of photos at the end. This shows the location "Auberge Deluxe Villas." All guests have access to the pool and Las Estrellas restaurant directly in front. There's also a clubhouse marked "C" with a gym and entertainment center with a pool table, foosball, video games, etc. Tennis Courts "A" are included. All guests are welcome to use any of the restaurants and cafes/stores on the grounds (reservations may be required). If you wish to use the Hotel gym instead, there's a small fee of $40 per day. Yoga and Fitness classes also have a small additional fee. A babysitting service is also available. The main hotel Adult Pool "R" as well as the pool by La Palapa "N" are typically for hotel guests only.
