The Space:
Indulge in luxury in this beautifully renovated one-bedroom apartment, designed for couples seeking style and comfort in central Queenstown. Featuring brand-new, high-end furnishings and a chic contemporary design, this elegant retreat offers a refined and romantic atmosphere throughout.
The standout bathroom includes underfloor heating and a spacious two-person shower, while the bedroom features a plush king bed for a restful stay. Step onto your private louvre-roof deck to unwind in the secluded two-person spa, perfectly positioned to enjoy alpine air and sweeping views. Thanks to its elevated location, the apartment also offers an exceptional vantage point for the New Year’s Eve lake fireworks.
Enjoy stunning daily colour changes over Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables, along with modern comforts including high-speed fibre internet, heating and air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, and premium linens and towels. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated for a truly memorable Queenstown escape.
**Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival**

Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. This includes the living and dining areas, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and any private outdoor space associated with the apartment. The property is self-contained, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout your visit.
The Neighborhood:
A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
The neighbourhood is a well-regarded residential area, offering a quieter setting while remaining close to Queenstown’s vibrant centre. You’ll be within easy walking distance of the CBD, lakefront, cafés, restaurants, and shops. The area is ideal for guests who want to enjoy Queenstown’s energy while returning to a peaceful home base at the end of the day.
Getting Around:
Being so close to Town, you will find that it is very easy to get around. The lakeshore walking track is very close by and It's only an 800 m walk to the shops and restaurants.
The closest bus stop is about 500 metres away, in front of the Crowne Plaza hotel. That bus will take you all over the greater Queenstown area for a very reasonable bus fare.

Distance from Frankton: 9 Kilometers
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.9 kilometers
Distance from Coronet Peak: 17.1 Kilometers
Distance from The Remarkables: 14.5 Kilometers
