The property was presented as advertised however upon arrival there were a number of issues. Whilst these did not need immediate attention, they were sub-standard compared to other properties and accommodation in this area. Cushions on the couch were, let's say, well used and stained. A duvet was very discoloured, whilst not dirty, I think it was well past its useful life and should be replaced. My daughter had a double sized duvet, folder into two on her single bed and this made her very hot and uncomfortable. There was left over food in the pantry.Whilst I am happy to say everything was clean (apart from the stained cushions), it appears some cost saving measures were taking place.I had some exception with the communication from the host. Everything seemed to be about how we can make life easier fro the host as we checked in and checked out, giving us specific directions to "A little respect goes a long way ... leave the accommodation as we found it". I agree we as tenants should respect and care for the property, and we did. However respect goes both ways and I would ask the host, as other accommodation providers have, to consider how they can make the traveller's experience, check-in, stay and check-out easier and more enjoyable.

Well appointed, modern and conveniently located with a truly "panoramic" view. Booking and info sharing was easy and complete. I would definitely stay here again if i am ever lucky enough to come back.

This was a wonderful location with a great view of the lake and mountains. My only criticism is that payment and communication was completed through another platform and application vs everything through VRBO.

Incredible stay!

The property was amazing. Exactly as described and exactly as the pictures perceive. Check-in was absolutely seamless, and the property has incredible views. A short walk into town would definitely stay again it has everything you need!

Fantastic flat just minutes from downtown

Incredible views, lovely home and an ideal location. We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as advertised and we could not have asked for a more beautiful view or well equipped home!

The views from the property are outstanding. I don't believe the property is as clean as it could be and having bed linen pushed into cupboards is also not very appealing. There needs to be an audit of cutlery and cooking utensils as some were broken, as well as replacement of light bulbs. A welcome folder that explains everything in the house including where the dryer is located would also be helpful, rather than assuming everyone can access the app.

Additional bedding is stored in the cupboards to allow for different configurations and is kept folded for guest use. Superb views walking distance to Queenstown CBD

Very well appointed and roomy apartment good for family or 2 couples. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Panoramic views of the Remarkable’s and Lake Wakatipu. Easy walk into Queenstown CBD.

Panoramic views

We enjoyed our stay and loved the views across the lake as well as down the lake in both directions. Good location. Enjoyed walking into Queenstown along the lake track.

The view is even better than the pictures. It’s breathtaking. Everything we needed for cooking, laundry, etc.. was available unlike many other places. We loved having a grill. This is one of the best stays we’ve ever had. Only one small thing is to make sure if you are driving that the garage is very tight. We had a small SUV and fit fine just takes a little maneuvering (backing in is the trick).
