Surrounded by towering pines, this charming home offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and modern style—ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Located within walking distance to Snow Summit and just minutes from the Village, Oktoberfest, and Bear Mountain, you'll have easy access to all the best Big Bear has to offer.
LIVING & DINING
This spacious 2,000+ sq ft home features a welcoming living room with a smart TV, dining table, and an island with counter seating. The beautiful river rock gas log fireplace creates a cozy focal point, while plenty of comfortable seating makes it perfect for gathering and relaxing.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including:
