Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish townhouse.
Situated in a desirable pocket in St Albans, with easy access to Merivale Mall, local cafes, city centre, public transport and Hagley Park.
North facing this townhouse is ideal for relaxing outside in the private courtyard.
Off street designated park is a bonus .
The townhouse is set well back from road so know street traffic noise.
Ground floor features open plan living with a sleek modern kitchen with stone bench top, breakfast bar and quality appliances.
Sliding doors open to a private courtyard well suited for enjoying that morning coffee or a late afternoon wine.
55` TV with streaming for Netflix.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans ,cutlery and plates plus cooking utensils.
Coffee machine with coffee pods to start you on your way.
Toaster ,Electric jug, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Heat pump and double glazed.
LAUNDRY
Under stairs washer dryer and powder for washing.
MASTER BEDROOM
2nd floor turn to left as you get to top of stairs.
Queen size bed complete with hospital standard linen.
Ensuite with toiletries.
A Spacious wardrobe with shelving, so easy to store your luggage.
AC fan in both bedrooms in wardrobe for cooling.
BEDROOM 2
Queen size bed with 5 star quality linen.
Spacious wardrobe for storing luggage.
Bathroom complete with toiletries and heater.
I do not live nearby but am available by mobile or text between the hours of 8am to 6pm.
Good idea is to text me as I maybe on the mobile.
We have strict rules in place to ensure to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noises outside between the hours of 9pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late check outs must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking is not prohibited inside the property. Any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged ay $60 per hour. Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
