Bright Home with Excellent Urbana Location

This is a beautiful old home right in the heart of Urbana, just blocks from Carle Hospital and one block from downtown Urbana. We normally book this home room by room, but given the COVID-19 situation lately, we've decided listing this as a whole-house might be more sensible. Please inquire first to discuss your stay, so we can make sure the space, price, and terms are fitting. The listed pricing assumes 2 people per bed/bedroom.

This is a 2-story home, with 4 bedrooms and 1 full bath on the 2nd floor. There is another full bath on the 1st floor, along with commons spaces and the kitchen. In the basement there is one very clean and bright basement bedroom, though it is not as comfortable as the real bedrooms upstairs.

This listing is for the entire home. You will not have access to the detached garage, as we use that to store outdoor equipment and may access it occasionally (though we respect your privacy and would not enter the house unless requested to do so for maintenance reasons).

This home has exterior security cameras on the exterior only, by the front door and backdoor and the parking area.
