Please switch off all appliances before check-out, all lights (internal & external) and electrical appliances, ducted heating, cooking appliances, oven, gas cooktop knobs, fans and irons if used.
Please lock all doors, including the alfresco sliding door, laundry doors, and the front entrance door. Please dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate bins. Please return the key to the key safe.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No parties or events: Parties, events, gatherings, or similar functions are not permitted at the property.
