Set high above Eagle Bay’s turquoise shoreline, this contemporary home captures sweeping ocean views and the essence of refined coastal living. Across two levels, open-plan interiors flow to sunlit decks, a private pool, and a garden firepit. Entertain with ease in the chef’s kitchen with a butler’s pantry, BBQ and a pizza oven. With an office nook and four bathrooms, Eagle Heights is a statement of effortless design and calm—just moments from the sand and sea.
Rising above the treetops with commanding ocean outlooks, this Eagle Bay retreat brings together modern design, thoughtful detail, and coastal serenity.
Upstairs, the main living zone embraces the view — a light-filled expanse framed by oak flooring, raked white ceilings, and sliding glass doors that open to ocean-facing decks. The lounge centres around a feature fireplace, ideal for cooler nights, while the adjoining dining space makes the most of the outlook toward Eagle Bay’s shimmering water.
The kitchen is both elegant and highly functional, featuring stone benchtops, premium appliances, and a hidden butler’s pantry with wine storage. Just beyond, the alfresco terrace with built-in BBQ and pizza oven becomes a favourite gathering point for long summer evenings.
Downstairs, the second living area flows directly to the pool terrace—an elevated oasis with views through the trees to the ocean. Here, you can take a refreshing dip or simply relax with the sound of the sea in the distance. The landscaped rear garden introduces a further layer of relaxation, with a firepit circle surrounded by lawn and native greenery.
There is a king primary bedroom and four queen bedrooms. Two bedrooms feature en-suites, while the other bedrooms share two elegant bathrooms with stone details and deep soaking tubs.
With ducted air conditioning, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, ample parking, and a dedicated workspace, this home has been designed for complete ease and connection—where every element serves the experience of modern coastal calm.
Please note: a lift is present in the building but is not available for guest use. All access, including upstairs, is via stairs.

Within a ten-minute drive, enjoy acclaimed local dining at Eagle Bay Brewing Co., Wise Eagle Bay Restaurant, Meelup Farmhouse, Other Side Of The Moon, and ilma Beach House.
Point Piquet is only minutes away and a local go-to for sheltered swims, snorkelling, and lazy afternoons by the water. Sugarloaf Rock is just around the corner, famous for its dramatic limestone formations, coastal walks, and sunset views over the Indian Ocean. Venture a little further to explore the beaches and trails of Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park, or head into Dunsborough for boutique shopping, cafés, and a broader dining scene.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
