The Space:
Unit 10B on Level One offers spectacular views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu.
Guests are treated to the vibrant and ever-changing colors that sweep across the mountains and lake from sunrise to sunset, creating a picturesque and memorable backdrop for your stay.
Relaxation and Comfort
After an adventurous day spent skiing or hiking, unwind in your personal outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the spacious, covered patio and soak in the stunning scenery while savoring a glass of exquisite local New Zealand wine. The home is conveniently located in the Queenstown Hill area only seven-minute drive from the Queenstown centre. Heading up the mountain? The Remarkables are approximately 40 minute drive by car. Need public transport? It’s easily accessible, with the Hensmen Road bus stop only a ten-minute walk away.

Lock up Garage
The apartment has a dedicated single car garage for you to safely park your car. For those coming with ski gear there’s ample room for you to unpack your gear ready for the next day’s adventure without hassle.
Accessibility
Please note that access to the apartment from the carpark/garage area involves one external flight of stairs. Guests should ensure they are comfortable with this arrangement before booking.
Bedding Configuration
Bedroom 1: Super King Size Bed (can be split into 2 Singles)
Bedroom 2: Two Single Beds (can be made into a Super King Bed)
If you wish to change the standard bed configuration, please notify us at least three days before your arrival. Requests to change the setup after arrival will incur a $100 fee per bed to cover the cost of our external cleaners, who will arrange the beds and provide fresh linen.
Baby Accessories
Upon request, we can provide a portacot and high chair for your convenience. Please let us know at least three days prior to your arrival if you require these items.
House Rules
- We welcome all guests and ask that you care for the apartment responsibly.
- The home is exceptionally clean, featuring high-quality hotel-grade linen, towels, and pillows for all beds.
- No pets, parties, smoking, or vaping are permitted.
- The apartment accommodates a maximum of four guests.
- The guest making the reservation should ideally be over 25 years old. If you are under 25, please contact us before booking to discuss your reservation.
