The property was very nice and so convenient for our family to have a relaxing beach week. The property overall deserves five stars. The only four-star review for the check-in process is due to a small issue with the door code and not having enough bathroom towels for the number of guests initially. The door code was not correct on the email I received. We were able to get in after a phone call to the company. On this call, we were told they had sent a different email prior to the check-in email with the correct code, but I never found that email. The property management company had towels dropped off the same day that I requested more. All other questions we had were answered by the property management company very quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Thank you for your thoughtful review and for choosing Shiloh House for your family beach vacation! We're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the home, its Gulf-front location, and that it provided a relaxing and comfortable setting for your family to spend time together. That's exactly the experience we strive to create for our guests. We appreciate your feedback regarding the check-in code and the initial towel count. While we're glad our team was able to quickly assist with access and deliver additional towels the same day, we understand how important a smooth arrival experience is and will continue working to improve our communication and pre-arrival processes. Thank you for recognizing our team's responsiveness throughout your stay. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we're honored that you would choose to stay with us again. We look forward to welcoming you and your family back to the Gulf Coast for another memorable beach getaway! Warm regards, Dana & The Aqua Vacations Team
