We also loved that the stairs from porch went directly to boardwalk to get to beach. We had an amazing time.

Reviewer Comments: Coastal View’s Jen was an amazing host and our multi-stateFamily reunion was made all the better by the wonderful home and Jen who made sure every little detail was attended to during our vacation. The elevator was a lifesaver for unloading upon arrival as well as loading up at departure but we used the steps the entire rest of the stay. Coffee on the deck at sunrise, plenty of room for our group is 9 kids and 8 adults to spread out, a short walk to the clean beach...can’t think of anything that would have made it better other than being able to stay another week. We only ate out once at Tacky Jack 2 and the food and service were excellent. We will be back for sure!

They view from either balcony is great and nice for a morning coffee or evening drink. The house was very clean and well kept. The elevator was worth the price for getting to the 2nd and 3rd floor. The only issue we had was the satellite was out and non functional during the stay. If traveling with kids bring a Roku or Firestick......Or force them to enjoy the outdoors. Would stay again and recommend highly.

Beautiful oceanfront home

The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure for showers was awesome! The elevator definitely came in handy when unloading/loading our vehicles. Our only complaints would be the A/C could not be lower than 72, problems with the satellite and WiFi throughout our weeklong stay (even after maintenance came out), and the sand dunes blocked the view of the beach from the porch on main level of the home. It was still a great rental and we would definitely recommend it!

Breathtaking

We stayed with a group of 18. Everything was wonderful. The house location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked. The views from the top deck are breathtaking. The elevator was a huge plus for our handicap daughter and they even had a bath chair in the master bathroom. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

October Beach

We love going to the beach in October. This house was perfect for us. It’s right on the beach and is well equipped. It even has an elevator which is a must for our family. We loved staying there. As a point of caution the outside stairs and deck may need to be replaced soon; however, that did not detract from the overall experience at this beautiful home. We loved our time there and would stay there again.

October at Ft Morgan

This location was terrific. We had 12 adults and 3 kids and there was room for everyone. There were jelly fish on the beach one day, and it was great to have a pool available to use. We were a little disappointed with a few factors, but recognize it's the end of season and time for repairs before 2024. If booking for 2024, I would recommend ensuring the deck and outdoor stairs have been replaced, all light fixtures are working, and the linens match the size of the beds. We were not comfortable in king sized beds with queen sized linen that did not match the VRBO property pictures. We also had 4 people working from the home and highly recommend you bring your own hot spots. The house wifi was extremely weak. With those improvements in mind, we would recommend this property!

The decks were nice, but we had to do maintenance on many of the deck screws protruding. We had several mishaps with people tripping on them. Although the description boasts of an elevator, it was deadbolted and not available for our use. Thankfully, we had plenty of hands to help with bags. Overall, this is a nice home for a small crowd.

The view from the third floor was great. The elevator was a lifesaver for me. I could not have done the trip without it! Would have been nice to have grab bars in main shower. The kitchen needed a deep cleaning. The stove and dishwasher need to be replaced. One couch was broken and I could not sit on it because it made my back hurt! The property manager was very professional and attentive. She handled any issues I had very promptly and friendly. We enjoyed having access to the swimming pool in the evenings. This was a “Girls Trip” which included me, 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters and overall we had a really good time. The area was quite, peaceful, and relaxing ( which is just what we were looking for). Thanks for sharing Turtle Dunes with us!

As advertised

We had a great time. We were not able to eat in Gulf Shores with such young children, as the restaurants were always requiring hour to two hour waits which we couldn’t do with your children. However Fort Morgan itself had plenty of options, and even a fine dining option at Jesse’s on the Bay. Overall, fantastic trip without the hustle and bustle of Fort Morgan. There is a resort behind the house so the beach could get crowded if you don’t get out there early. I came here as a kid (I’m 40 now), and I haven’t been back since 2002. I have NEVER seen this much wildlife here. We saw a sea turtle swimming in the tide, dolphins, sharks, and tons of fish. Bring your rod.

Great family vacation

The location was perfect! Our family stayed with extended family coming through different days. The elevator was incredibly helpful for my dad, who has mobility issues. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The neighbors next door were a little loud but tolerable. The decks will need to be redone soon, as they are looking very worn in. Overall, we had a great time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beaches were beautiful, elevator was a great touch, location was good if you like to be away from crowds/restaurants/activity. One of the toilets was broken when we got there, leaking on the floor, not sure why housekeeping didn't notice but we called they came within about 2 hours, "fixed it", they left, and it was worse. We had to turn the water off to that toilet. They said they would be there by 9 am the next day, they did not come until 1. The handle on the kitchen faucet fell off with light touch. they did fix both of these things. The home definitely needed some maintenance, but the location and view was great. One suggestion would be to get better/bigger sheets for the beds. They have plastic on all mattresses and the sheets were too small and thin to stay on the beds when you just lay in them. would make for a much better night sleep if you didn't end up laying on plastic all night. We also saw a mouse the morning we were leaving in the kitchen (had we seen this earlier in the week we would have been extremely upset so I guess we are lucky it didn't show its head until the morning we were leaving)
