💡 Note on Bedding, Configuration & Fees
The standard setup includes one queen bed in the master bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom.
If preferred, the two single beds can be merged into one king bed upon request — please let us know in advance so we can prepare the arrangement before your arrival.
For standard stays using only the master and second bedrooms, no extra charges apply. However, if the sofa bed is used (even when only two guests are staying), an additional $35 fee will be charged to cover the cost of extra bed linens.
👶 Families with Infants
A baby crib (portable cot) is available upon request for an additional $35 per stay. Please let us know in advance so we can have it prepared for your arrival.
A high chair is also available free of charge, but it must be requested in advance, as we don’t keep all high chairs stored in the apartments due to limited space.

Hence, we cannot assure a 3pm check-in time for last-minute bookings, particularly when there is a departing guest. Guests who have made advance reservations and need to be checked-in are given priority over last-minute bookings.

In case you require earlier access, you may consider booking the night before, subject to availability. Hence, if a guest checks out on the same day as your arrival, the housekeeping team requires sufficient time to prepare the place, and we appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

This payment should be made the night before check-out; otherwise, housekeeping will be scheduled for the regular check-out time of 10 am.
