The Space:

Welcome to this inviting Naples Park vacation home, where relaxed coastal living meets thoughtful comfort. Featuring a heated saltwater pool, open living spaces, and a prime location just minutes from the beach, this home is well suited for families, couples, friends, or extended stays.



From the moment you step inside, the home sets the tone for a stress-free getaway. The open-concept layout flows effortlessly from the living room into the kitchen and dining area, then out to the screened lanai, pool, and subtropical backyard beyond. Natural light, calm finishes, and a comfortable coastal feel make it easy to settle in and unwind.



The screened outdoor living area is designed for enjoying Florida days. Dine outside, relax on loungers, or fire up the gas grill for an easy BBQ. The heated saltwater pool includes a shallow lounging area, ideal for younger guests or those who prefer to soak and relax under the sun.



Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped for everyday meals and vacation cooking, offering a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a variety of small appliances. The living area is spacious and sociable, featuring comfortable seating, a queen-size sofa bed, a TV with Comcast Xfinity, plus board games and toys for family time.



Sleeping & Layout:

*Primary Bedroom: King bed, walk-in closet, and private en suite bathroom

*Bedroom #2: Queen bed with ample closet space, located at the front of the home

*Bedroom #3: Two twin beds (Pack ’n Play available for younger guests)

*Family Room: Pull out sofa



The guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a large vanity with seating. TVs with cable are available in all bedrooms except the twin room.



The garage is available for guest use (however cars can not be parked in it) and houses the washer and dryer, making longer stays convenient and comfortable.



Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds). Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, 35 pounds or less hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.



Beach Gear & Extras



For days spent exploring the coast, guests have access to: 4 adult bikes, beach chairs & umbrellas, coolers & beach towels, a beach wagon and a variety of beach toys for kids.



Conveniently situated in Naples Park this home is a quick walk to Vanderbilt beach. Public beach parking is also nearby for added flexibility. Naples Park is a charming, non-gated residential neighborhood close to Vanderbilt Beach, Mercato, Whole Foods, and Trader Joe’s. Naples Park is pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) is approximately 40 minutes away. A car is recommended to fully explore the area



Standard: To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.



Pool Heating

The pool is heated to approximately 85°F when appropriate. Pool temperature may vary depending on local weather conditions.



This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager. This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in prior to arrival.
