This 1920s gamekeeper's cottage is a total hidden gem, blending classic Cape Cod character with expansive grounds. Tucked away on an acre and a half of private, sun-drenched gardens, it's a sprawling, low-stress spot where you can truly kick back without breaking the bank for your Cape Cod vacation.

With three bedrooms plus a cozy loft*, there is plenty of room for six guests (and a four legged friend too!) to spread out and feel at home. The vibe here is all about easy living: whip up a big family meal in the fully equipped kitchen, find a sunny window to read in, or hang out in the screened-in porch—the perfect spot to enjoy the breeze without the bugs. You can take a nap under the massive backyard trees while your dog explores the yard, or just relax and enjoy the peaceful "forest" views and the tranquil koi pond.

When you're ready to get out and explore, you're perfectly placed for adventure. You can walk the dog over to the trails at Nickerson State Park, hop on the bike path to cruise toward Wellfleet, or spend the day beach-hopping between Brewster's famous fresh and saltwater shores. Just off Historic Route 6A & Route 137 this property is just moments away from many beaches, great food and local shops, or many Brewster community favorites such as The Crosby Mansion, The Brewster Book Shop, the Brewster Ladies' Library and more!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.
