With sunny, bright & spacious rooms, this single level home offers a private, tranquil and relaxing setting. Located nearby to scenic Route 6A and the center of town, and only .5 mile to Bayside Breakwater Beach.
The comfortable living room features a flat screen Smart TV/DVD & A/C unit. The well equipped kitchen has dishwasher & a microwave. The dining room has a very large table to comfortably seat 8, flowing into the living room.
There is a washer/dryer laundry conveniently located off the kitchen. A half bath is located adjacent to the laundry.
The Primary bedroom with en-suite bath has a queen-sized bed, recliner, TV, & A/C unit, and the Secondary bedroom has 3 twin beds, TV, & A/C unit. An additional private sleeping area with 1 twin bed is available.
A screened-in porch offers an additional cozy area!

This property sleeps 8 and has parking for 4 vehicles.

Excellent stay in Cape Cod

We stayed at this property with another family who are close friends. Between the two families we had 3 children and 4 adults in total. There was plenty of room for everyone and the property is very clean and well maintained overall. The outdoor space is excellent and in close proximity to the beaches. We would definitely consider this space again in the future. Highly recommended!

Property was well located will easy access to major roads. Property was very private, quiet, with significant outdoor space. House was good size for our family of 6, clean, and laid out well.
