About this property

Love life in Nickerson State Park! Ponds, beaches, & bike trails! Dogs Welcome!

Our cute DOG-FRIENDLY vacation home is 50 feet from Nickerson State Park and its network of biking and hiking trails. Just a 10 minute walk down the quiet trails to Cliff Pond for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. Great location for hiking, biking, kayaking, and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Crosby Beach on the Bay is just 2 miles by bike or car.

Our 3 bedroom ranch has a finished rec room opening to a small patio and spacious wooded back yard. The main level has a master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath. Other bedrooms feature a queen and 2 twins -- with a whimsical beach mural. All newer mattresses, plus A/C units in the bedrooms for sleeping comfort.


Just a couple of things for you to know:
*Max number of people staying: 6
*Linens, towels and blankets are included
*Bike rentals are available from Orleans Cycle, they will even deliver bikes to the house if you'd like.
*No Smoking in the house please!
*Quiet hours for the neighbors are 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM! We like our neighbors!
*We ask that you tidy up before you leave at checkout.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
You will find a couple of empty red bags in the master bedroom closet. Please strip the beds and place any used sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels & comforters in the red bags by the front door.
We kindly ask that if anything breaks during your stay, please let us know so we can replace/repair it for you or for the next visitors (we know accidents happen and that is okay!).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Smoking in the house please! Quiet hours for the neighbors are 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM! We like our neighbors!

We love to travel, and we love Cape Cod. So many beautiful beaches! We camped in Nickerson State Park for years before buying this home right next to the park.

Why they chose this property

We are dog owners and love travelling with our pets. We wanted to offer others the same opportunity, and enjoy all the hiking, biking, swimming and relaxing both the home and park nearby have to to offer. Plus we are a 15 minute bike ride along paved trails to the lovely Crosby Beach on Cape Cod Bay. The trails in Nickerson State Park also connect to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, so we can bike to the ocean beaches too!
